These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website dubairepairman.com and any appliance repair or maintenance services provided by Dubai Repairman, the consumer-facing trading name of Muhammad Ishfaq Household Appliance Repairing L.L.C (Trade License No. 1035298, Branch License No. 1047349), a company duly licensed and registered under the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.
By accessing our website, requesting a service, or engaging with our technicians, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Our Business
Dubai Repairman is an independent appliance repair and maintenance service provider operating in Dubai, UAE. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by any appliance manufacturer. All brand names mentioned on our website or in our advertising refer solely to the makes and models of appliances we are capable of servicing.
We hold the following valid licences issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism:

Licensed Activities: Electric Household Appliances Repairing and Maintenance; Air-conditioning, Refrigeration and Air Purifying Equipment Repairing and Maintenance.
2. Services Provided
We provide the following services within Dubai, United Arab Emirates:
- Washing machine repair and maintenance — all makes and models
- Refrigerator and freezer repair and maintenance
- Air conditioning repair and maintenance
- General household electrical appliance repair
- Scheduled maintenance and servicing
Services are subject to technician availability and geographical coverage within Dubai. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
3. Service Appointments
3.1 Booking — Service appointments can be booked via our website, WhatsApp, or phone. A booking confirmation will be provided upon scheduling.
3.2 Same day service — Same day service is offered subject to technician availability. We will confirm availability at the time of booking. Same day service cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.
3.3 Appointment attendance — Please ensure that a responsible adult aged 18 or above is present at the premises during the service visit. Failure to provide access at the agreed time may result in a cancellation or rescheduling fee.
3.4 Cancellations — We request at least two hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a visit fee.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Quotations — A diagnostic assessment will be conducted at your premises. A service fee may apply for the diagnostic visit. Any repair quotation will be provided before work commences. You are under no obligation to proceed with a repair following the diagnostic.
4.2 Promotional offers — Any promotional discounts or offers advertised are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion. Offers are time-limited and may not be combined with other promotions. Dubai Repairman reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time.
4.3 Payment — Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash and bank transfer. A receipt will be provided for all payments.
4.4 VAT — All prices quoted are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable UAE rate where applicable.
5. Warranty on Repairs
5.1 Parts warranty — Replacement parts supplied by us carry a warranty of 30 days from the date of installation, unless otherwise stated at the time of service.
5.2 Labour warranty — Our repair workmanship carries a 14-day warranty from the date of service completion.
5.3 Warranty exclusions — Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, power surges, water damage, tampering by a third party, or any cause other than the original fault repaired by our technicians.
5.4 Warranty claims — To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period with your original receipt. We will assess the claim and determine the appropriate remedy at our discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services or failure to provide services
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to appliances or property that was not caused by our technicians
- We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of use, or business interruption
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the appliance fault and your location when booking a service
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the appliance and surrounding area for our technicians
- Inform us of any known hazards at the premises prior to the visit
- Not tamper with or attempt to repair the appliance between booking and the service visit, as this may affect our ability to diagnose or repair the fault
8. Intellectual Property
All content on dubairepairman.com including text, images, logos, and service descriptions is the property of Dubai Repairman (Muhammad Ishfaq Household Appliance Repairing L.L.C) and is protected under applicable UAE intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.
Appliance brand names and logos referenced on this website belong to their respective owners. Their use is solely for the purpose of identifying the types of appliances we service and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
9. Website Use
You agree to use dubairepairman.com only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
